June 24 – On the boat with Grandpa

Jack, Jeff, Leila and I all went on Grandpa’s boat for dinner and black flies. I was the only one afflicted with the evil black flies, but such is life. Jack had a blast scampering back and forth on the deck. He wanted to be the captain, and Grandpa, being the softy that he is, let him steer (is that what you do with a boat?) the boat for a while.

We went on Lake Ontario, and we had to the muck in the Genesse river is VILE.

    I’m pretty impressed with the Grandpa photo. He took a few others of Grandpa, but they were all of him acting very silly, so I didn’t add those ones. 🙂
